General Questions
When is the system changing?
The move to Colleague HR/Payroll is now delayed until December 2026
Will I still be able to use ÌÇÐÄVlogP to fill out my timecard?
Please continue to use ÌÇÐÄVlogP until December 2026.
Pay cycles with paydates in 2027 will need time reporting in Colleague.
Will my pay date change?
Yes, see pay schedules on the Payroll Website:
- Student - 12/7-12/20/26 will pay 12/31/26
- Bi-Weekly - 12/7-12/20/26 will pay 12/31/26
- Semi-Monthly - 12/16-12/31/26 will pay 12/31/26 *
- Monthly - 12/1-12/31/26 will pay 12/31/26 *
* Note - due to moving payday to 12/31/26, these payrolls will have one (1) extra payroll on the 2026 W-2.
Current Biweekly Employees

12/21/26-1/3/27 will be the first timecards entered into the Colleague Self-Service system. Paydates are not changing for Bi-Weekly and Student Payrolls.
Current Semi-Monthly Employees

12/16/26-12/31/26 paydate will be 12/31/26 due to when New Year's Day lands. There will be 25 paychecks now on 2026's W-2.
Time entry will continue in the current systems. 1/1-1/15/27 will be the first timecards entered into the Colleague Self-Service system.
Current Monthly Employees
View the 2027 Semi-Monthly Pay Schedule
12/1/26-12/31/26 paydate will be paid on 12/31/26 due to when New Year's Day lands. There will be 13 paychecks now on 2026's W-2.
Time entry will continue in the current systems. 1/1-1/15/27 (first semi-monthly timecard) will be the first timecards entered into the Colleague Self-Service system.
Students (non-graduate)
View the 2027 Student Pay Schedule
Students will continue to use TimePro to record their time and Payroll will import the hours to Colleague. The pay schedules will also remain the same for students.
